Biography
Francesca is the Founder & Lead Consultant, Governance at Leading Boards, Africa.
She is an MBA(UMI), Advocate, Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional. She brings on board over 14years working experience in providing legal and governance solutions to national and multi-national Boards of Directors and companies across Africa, both in the private & public sector.
She is a member of the International Bar Association, a fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (United Kingdom) and a member of Uganda Law Society and East African Law Society.
She currently sits on the Board of World Vision Uganda, Vision Fund Uganda where she chairs the Governance, Nominations and Human Resource Committees, Mbeleni Foundation where is Chairperson and Fravan Safaris Ltd as a director.
Francesca is passionate about governance and its contribution to creating high performing organizations. She is excited to be part of our LBA team in the steering role.

Her life purpose is to use the skills she has harvested from her career experience, formal education, motherhood and individual growth effort to polish others and help to set them on their own success path.
She achieves this by sharing powerful insights from her rich career experience that propel and enable her clients (individuals and organizations) to discover, embrace and explore their full potential.
Caroline is a corporate leader, a mother, a wife and an active stakeholder in various civil circles in her society.
